Description of Service
Arpsy is an emotional wellness platform that helps users track, reflect on, and better understand emotional patterns. The service may include emotion check-ins, journaling, recovery tools, and personal insights.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. By starting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and for any payment-related fees or failures that result from outdated billing information.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
Price Changes and Taxes
We may update prices from time to time. If we change the price of a recurring subscription, we will provide notice before the new price applies to your next billing cycle.
