Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arpsy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Arpsy is an emotional wellness platform that helps users track, reflect on, and better understand emotional patterns. The service may include emotion check-ins, journaling, recovery tools, and personal insights.

Payment: One-Time Purchases Only

Arpsy sells one-time purchases. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. You are charged once for what you buy and nothing is charged again unless you make another purchase yourself.

The Bridge is a one-time payment of $49 USD (lower in some countries, based on where you are). The Print Pack is an optional one-time add-on of $12 USD offered during checkout. Arpsy Go lifetime access is a one-time payment of $19.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You do not need an account to buy; if you create one, your purchase is linked to it so you can use it across devices.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If a purchase does not help you, email us within 30 days of your payment and we will refund you in full through Stripe. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to return or delete anything.

This guarantee is in addition to any statutory rights you have. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your legal right of withdrawal applies as well, and nothing here limits it.

Refunds are returned to the payment method you used. Stripe usually posts them within five to ten business days.

Prices and Taxes

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change never affects a purchase you have already made: because there is no recurring billing, there is no next cycle to reprice.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you are, applicable taxes may be added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable to you or to any third party for changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
